Jawahar Yadav Named Haryana CM s OSD
Haryana Government announced the appointment of Jawahar Yadav, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Yadav will serve as CMO for a second term.
According to an order issued by Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal today, “His appointment is against a temporary and isolated post, and he will hold it as long as the Chief Minister wants him to continue as the OSD.”
Jawahar Yadav is the epitome of the successful village boy’s success tale, constantly raising the bar.
Author and politician Jawahar Yadav has experience in several different fields. He is a multidimensional, energetic reformer who speaks up on behalf of the underprivileged. He is currently chairman of the housing board for the state of Haryana and previously served as officer on special duty to chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
Jawahar, a graduate of Delhi University’s Shivaji College, was also an active ABVP member and office bearer when he brought up a number of student-related issues, such as exposing the use of phoney marksheets and SC/ST certificates, counselling students applying for admission to DU, and outlawing student ragging in colleges.
He started his political career as an ABVP activist and has worked tirelessly for 20 years to succeed step by step, first with ABVP and later as President BJYM Haryana.
In Haryana, Jawahar Yadav was a pioneer in the use of social media as a tool for political communication. He has held several significant posts at various levels in the BJP during the course of his 20-year political career and currently serves on the party’s Haryana State Executive. Shusma Swaraj, Manohar Lal Khattar, and L K Advani, a former deputy prime minister of India, as well as other luminaries, had the honour of mentoring him.
